IS THE PIECE IN THE PHOTOGRAPH THE ONE I ACTUALLY GET?
99 % Yes. The only exception is beaded bracelets and some necklaces. We will never sell anything substantially different to the photo.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind. All sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed to have a major fault. So please choose wisely!
I'VE RECEIVED MY ORDER, ALTHOUGH SOMETHING IS MISSING?
Ensure the item isn’t hiding amongst the wrapping or stuck to the inside of the parcel. Smaller items such as accessories and tumble stones are usually wrapped up in bubble wrap and padding within your parcel.

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our packaging is all re-used/recycled from our Brazilian and other overseas supplier shipments. We receive so many layers of good quality packaging that we have never had to purchase packaging ourselves. It is our version of eco-friendly by recycling everything we receive.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
If you've made your purchase before 12 noon, it will most likely be shipped the same day. Ultimately, allow 1 business day.
